Policies

The following is a list of Prime Battery’s current policies.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to placing an order or at your earliest convenience.  We strive to make each and every interaction with you a smooth and comfortable experience.

Shipping:
Shipping is only to the contiguous 48 states and does not include Alaska, Hawaii or US Protectorates.

Return Policy:
Do NOT return an item without obtaining an RMA before. Returns cannot be processed without prior approval.

Return shipping:
Buyer pays for return shipping unless item is damaged or if the order was filled incorrectly.

Restocking fee:
15% restocking fee may apply

Return policy details:
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges if an item was ordered incorrectly, or if the Buyer decided not to keep the item for any reason. Items returned under these circumstances must be in their original, unopened packaging, must be reported to us within 30 days, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. A Return Merchandise Authorization is required.

Defective batteries are rare; if you believe that any of your batteries are defective, the defective item must be returned to us within 30 days of product delivery for inspection and testing before a refund is issued. We will reimburse return shipping once the goods are confirmed defective. A Return Merchandise Authorization is required.

We have a proven track record of safe and secure packaging. If you should happen to receive any item damaged during shipment, please take photos of the product and all associated packaging, and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly. A Return Merchandise Authorization may be required.

Prime Battery prides itself on its commitment to ship all batteries to you by strictly following all carrier’s shipping regulations for all types of batteries, especially the shipment of primary lithium batteries and all batteries containing lithium. We strictly adhere to all legal shipping policies to ensure that batteries are shipped in the correct manner according to all government and carrier safety regulations.
