Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5pm.

Orders received in the morning ship same day when possible, otherwise orders are processed within one business day.

Q: I placed an order but haven’t received confirmation that it has been sent.

A: All orders are processed asap (same day when possible), usually within one (1) business day. If you ordered on a marketplace, the marketplace will provide status of your order. If you ordered on PrimeBattery.com, you will receive an email when the order ships.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: Depending upon the shipping method chosen, your order can take between 3 and 7 business days. Priority mail, First Class mail or expedited shipping orders should arrive in 1-3 business days (depending upon location).

Q: I ordered the wrong battery by accident, can I return it?

A: Yes, we accept returns for undamaged, unused, unopened packages. Please see our return policy for more details.

Q: My item was damaged during shipment, can I get a replacement?

A: Absolutely. Please contact us with details and review our policy on returning damaged items.
